Ingredients
Dressing
- 15 ml lemon juice fresh
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 2.5 ml salt
- 2.5 ml black pepper fresh ground
Salad
- 1250 ml watermelon cut into 1/2" pieces
- 375 ml feta cheese crumbled
- 45 ml mint leaves coarsely chopped
- 1 clove garlic coarsely chopped

Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients, and set aside.
- Place salad ingredients in a large bowl, add dressing, and toss gently until all ingredients are mixed.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve same day.
