Ingredients
- 250 ml cooked halibut
- juice of 1/4 fresh lemon
- 60 ml pickled garlic scapes chopped fine. may use fresh garlic scapes
- 45 ml mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste

- Using a fork mash ingredients together in a bowl.
- Spread on bread and garnish liberally with chopped salad greens.
Recipe Notes
Use either fresh or pickled garlic scapes, or a combination. If using mainly fresh scapes the recipe will lack an essential tart flavour. It's therfore recommended to add 30 ml (2 Tbsp) finely chopped dill pickle.
