Ken’s Garlic – Cobourg, Ontario

Ken's Garlic is grown organically in Hampton, Ontario using composting, cover crops, crop rotation, and minimal tillage in order to produce the highest quality garlic bulbs.

At the 2018 Toronto Garlic Festival, we will be selling: Garlic – Polish Hardneck, Croatian Rocambole, Uknown Porcelain cultivar. Corn – White flint corn ground into cornmeal, possibly popcorn. Horseradish root – In its raw form, unprocessed.

Ken is an avid farmer whose main focus has always been to produce high quality planting and table stock garlic using organic methods of production. Ken loves to talk about anything garlic related from the field to the kitchen. He enjoys sharing what he has learned in his 10 years of growing garlic.
