At the 2017 Toronto Garlic Festival Jamie serves his famous Fries with Garlic Aioli and Toasted Garlic Chips; and a Garlic Marmite in 125ml mason jars, as a spread to put on crisp toast, not unlike traditional marmite. As Jamie explains, “it provides the same but different umami hit.”
