Pickle Brine & Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 30 ml Pickle brine
  • 1 clove Ontario garlic minced
  • 5 ml Dijon mustard
  • 2.5 ml Salt
  • 1.75 ml Fresh ground black pepper
  • 60 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 60 ml Vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • In a seal-able jar place pickle brine, garlic, salt and pepper. Tighten lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • Add the oils, reseal, and shake for 20 seconds or until ingredients are mixed. Store in fridge up to 5 days.
