2014 Festival Info
Date: Sunday, September 21, 2014. Open to the public from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Venue: Evergreen Brick Works, in The Pavilions, 550 Bayview Avenue, Toronto M4W 3X8. The Pavilions is a 30,000 square foot covered space providing protection from rain and sun.
Visitor Statistics: Visitors come from across the GTA, with 78% coming from Toronto, Scarborough and Thornhill
Visitor Age Range: 18 to 45 years: 58% ▪ 46 to 55 years: 21% ▪ 56 and up: 21%.
Visitors who heard about the Festival through word of mouth: 32%
Number of visitors with university degree or higher: 81%

Number of 2014 festival vendors: 70 vendors, including 20 garlic farmers, 20 chefs and community chefs, plus specialty vendors, and speakers.
Vendor Set-Up: From 7:000 AM to 8:30 AM, Sept 21. Vendor Take Down: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Sept 21.
Parking: City of Toronto Metred Parking beside venue. There will be plenty of nearby parking available for vendors after they unload.
Festival admission: $5.00. Free for children under 12. Price includes FREE access to talks, presentations and activities. Fresh Ontario garlic, delicious food, and beer and wine are for sale.
Festival promotions: The festival is promoted through print, TV, radio and social media. Media promotions by GAT Public Relations.
