Kale, Feta, Walnut & Raw Garlic Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 750 ml Kale washed and chopped into 1' pieces
  • 250 ml Feta cut into 1/2' pieces
  • 250 ml Walnuts chopped coarse
  • 250 ml Raisins
  • 1 Avacado cut into 1/4' pieces
  • 2 cloves Ontario garlic minced
  • 15 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 ml Apple cider vinegar
  • 2.5 ml Fresh crushed black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in minium 1 litre salad or serving bowl. Toss for 30 seconds and serve.
