Pawel Grezlikowski started making sausages in his basement as a hobby. Over the years he turned his hobby into a business, selling his food at farmers’ markets and local restaurants. He believes in using local, seasonable ingredients, and meat from ethically treated animals. At the Toronto Garlic Festival Hogtown Charcuterie will serve Pretzels with Garlic Dips, Smoked Garlic Sausages with Prepared Condiments, Honey Garlic Ribs, and Garlic Aspic (weather permitting).
