Gushi is here to serve Japanese street food in Toronto. This is their 4th year in the Toronto Garlic Festival. At the 2015 festival, Gushi will be serving “Karaage Chicken,” a Japanese style fried chicken wholly different from traditional fried chicken. Achieved through its simple marination process which includes pure and fresh ingredients; sake, soya, and garlic, the result is a different fried chicken that is juicy, tasty, and crispy! Gushi is the first store in Toronto and maybe the world (except Japan) specializing in Karaage. They provide authentic Japanese food, experience, and quality integrated into Toronto’s multicultural society.
