How do I get to the Festival? The festival is on Christie street just south of St Clair Avenue West. The 512 St. Clair streetcar stops at Wychwood Ave. and is a three minute walk to the festival. Click here for directions by public transit.

Is it a covered event? The festival is indoors and outdoors.
What is the admission fee? $5.00. Accompanied kids under 12 get in for free.
What is the admission fee used for? The Festival is an Ontario not-for-profit corporation, focused on raising awareness of and interest in Ontario produce, including garlic. All revenue, including gate fees, go to the operation of the festival including venue rental, administration and advertising costs. Festival planning is volunteer run with paid staff on the day of the Festival.
What does admission include? Admission includes free access to programming including live music, Speakers’ Corner, face painting, Garlic Bulb Painting Workshop, the Garlic Shot Station and The Garlic Breath Contest. Ontario garlic, garlic dishes and beer and wine are for sale.
What type of food is at the festival? Sweet and savoury food is prepared by 20 local chefs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and fish and meat. Check with a vendor if you have questions about the ingredients in a dish.
Is the garlic for sale at the festival from Ontario? Yes. All the garlic for sale at the festival is grown and harvested in the province of Ontario.
Is it wheelchair accessible? Yes.
Is there an ATM? Yes. It’s located on the second floor through the hall to the wood oven courtyard.
Is there beer and wine? Yes, beer and wine is served starting at 11:00 am.
Can my pet (dog, cat, ferret, teacup pig) accompany me to the Festival? No, sorry. Service dogs with appropriate accreditation are the only exception.
