Chef Pascal Poilbout is a Crepes Master with a certificate in French Cuisine. Born and raised in France, he came to Canada in 2008, bringing his culinary talent with him. He now focuses on catering services, to make your event a success. It is the La Brehandaise mission to serve customers simple yet delicious dishes that have ” taste before everything” at reasonable costs. All dishes are prepared and cooked on the spot with fresh natural ingredients of the highest quality. Their specialties are crepes, both savoury buckwheat & sweet crepes as well as “Petits choux Pastries”. Their cuisine is widely inspired by the French style but they accommodate any international cuisine to meet your expectations and make your event a culinary sensation.
